It is important to be aligned to your hearts true joy and feel safe. To help with the new energies you can practice bringing rainbow light into your first 3 chakras.

Detailed below are some common symptoms and what you can do to help bring ourselves to balance.

It is being increasingly proved that all physical ailments are caused by emotional and mental miss-alignment or negative thinking, which can cause stagnation in the chakras that relate different parts of your anatomy and energy field.

This is worth taking into consideration when looking through the Ascension Symptoms below, as some of them are exaggerated by stuck emotions and stuck negative thinking & beliefs.

We need only recognise this to start to dissolve old patterns and start to move into our new potentials for holistic well-being. (More tools for this coming soon)

1. Feeling dis-orentated, not knowing where you belong, feeling you have lost your place. You are in the process of , or have moved out of the 3D reality. You can help to repair and calm your aura with the orange oil of transformation. (Wild orange essential oil is an uplifting oil to diffuse and help lift your spirits and strengthen your aura) Also go out into nature and connect with the Trees, nature spirits and sunshine to help integrate the new energies you are assimilating.
2. Feeling stressed and under pressure or feeling intense energies - You maybe adjusting to higher vibration, this can also cause old pattern and behaviors to re-surface. Know all is well and in Divine order. Affirm that you are safe and supported, feel this support. Choose red oil of transformation to Anchor and re-calibrate your root chakra. A walk in the woods or other exercises will help you connect with the earth, and work wonders
3. Unusual aces and pains. Your body is going through purification process. Plenty of fresh clean water, organic food, deep breathing exercises and the blue oil of transformation will help you through this process.
4. Memory loss! This can be due to us being in more than one dimension at a time. Your forgetfulness of certain words or names is due to a negative association that needs to be released. Dont worry about it be in the now and use the violet oil of transformation.
5. Waking between 2-4am! Again you may be cleansing through dreams and also receiving guidance. Keep a dream journal, use the Blue oil of transformation, Archangel Michael and his Divine Transformation oil. If you have trouble going back to sleep a few drops of Findhorn flower essence 'Sweet Dreams' is good to sooth you back to sleep. Or a relaxing essential oil like lavender on your pillow. Go with the flow and dont worry about this process.                                                                              
6. Not feeling like yourself. Old you is not there! As you take on more light you are becoming clearer from old negativity you may still be holding and transforming to a more purified Divine you. know all is in Divine order use the violet flame and violet and pearl oils of transformation. Findhorn also do a clear light and transformation essences which work well.
7. Seeing and hearing things. You are opening up to the unseen world of energy that has always been there. Blue or Magenta oils of transformation will help to balance you, or Holy Grail Findhorn flower essence.
8. Periods of Deep Sleep. Or you dont feel like doing anything! You are regenerating and re-calibrating the new energies. Go with the flow and enjoy the process. Red oil of Transformation or Go With The Flow Findhorn essence.
9. Heightened sensitivity to your surroundings, negative people, crowds, certain foods, chemicals TV etc. Protect your aura while this passes. Connect and anchor in your soul's pure energy. Or Use Archangel Michael's deep blue cloak or bubble of protection. Blue Divine Transformation Oil. Calm me down flower essence. Or if you feel you need to seal or repair any damage to your aura use the orange oil of transformation.
10. Change in food tastes or lack of desire for food. Or a desire to eat protein and feelings of low blood sugar. This is all part of the light process, learn to listen to your body through your heart. Findhorn Heart support, clear light or yellow and coral oils of transformation. If you are getting weight gain around the middle use coral oil of transformation.
11. Change in your circles of friends, job or surroundings. This can happen suddenly and leave you feeling out on a limb. You attact what you vibrate and will only feel comfortable with those you resonate with, as will others. You may also find your routine changes for the better. You can not continue with old harmful routines when higher vibrations are met.
12. Emotional ups and downs, weeping and crying at drop of a hat! This is part and parcel of the releasing process. Know that this is a natural process and can be thought of as a valley experience. Get excited that you are letting go and aligning more to your true hearts desire. Use Findhorn heart support or calm me down essences. Violet oil of transformation or violet flame to help balance. Or simply curl up and pamper yourself and ask that you rest with The Infinite One Creator for support and comfort.
13. A feeling of wanting to go home! You are recognising your soul home and soul root connections. If you have the feeling like everything is over, its just that you have come to the end of one soul mission/purpose here and are ready to embark on your higher soul path mission. Use violet oil of transformation to support, First Aid, Calm Me Down and Clear Light Findhorn essences to support you. 14. Feelings of anxiety or panic. Being overloaded by things happening that you dont understand. Feeling vulnerable and powerless. You need to tune in to your heart and to unconditional Divine Love, so you can integrate and use. Take a few deep breaths, allow yourself to relax and feel into the Presence energy. Call upon your Soul essence to be close to you and experience what you are experiencing. Use yellow to help you get your head round things, and Gold and Magenta oils to bring in wisdom and unconditional Divine Love. You can also visualise your soul star chakra filling with magenta light until it overflows in to each of your chakras in turn. As it gets to your Earth Star see it cascading down and grounding into Mother Earth.
15. Feeling that you may be going mad as you experience other dimensions, energies, seeing or feeling orbs etc. This is a new process for many humans that has been lost, but a very natural state that animals experience all the time. It is a natural process and you will become accustomed to it. Send unconditional love to all energy you encounter. Use violet oil of transformation, clear light and transformation Findhorn flower essences.
16. Depression - this comes when you are out of alignment with your soul and affected by negativity out in the world. You may be releasing dark aspects of self or lower dark energies or old beliefs you have picked up and are experiencing through them. Violet and Orange transformation oils. Psychic protection and energy shield flower and gem Findhorn essences or Aura Sprays will help support. If you feel you have a problem with a negative attachment that will not shift please get in touch and we can help to move them on for you.
17. Vivid wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing old karma. Blue oil helps to sooth and sweet dreams Findhorn essence will help you to get back to sleep after a troubling dream.
18. Your direction suddenly changes. Your soul is re-directing you. Green oil of transformation, heart support and sometimes First Aid.
19. Ringing in your ears or dizziness . You are experiencing downloads of information that you will integrate later (bit like the noise from a fax that is interpreted and printed out) Dizziness can mean you are being elevated to the next energy level very fast. You are moving from 4D and beyond. This is a natural process. Make sure you are anchoring the light through your crown and assure your body and your cells this is ok, through meditation, affirmations and use an oil that you are drawn to together with indigo oil of transformation and clear light or any other Findhorn flower or gem essence you are drawn to.

Above are all suggestions to help you to integrate the new energy levels you are beginning to or continuing assimilate. There are of course many other techniques, therapies and essences you may already be using or that you can try. I have offered the ones I work with and find work for myself and my clients. Other factors to figure into the equation of health is the electromagnetic smog around us from computers, wifi mobile and cordless phones etc., that can also effect out vibration and take us in to dis-ease feelings. I use crystals and energetic protection pyamids P.e.bal from my home and K.e.bal for myself. I would not be without my K.e.bal. I also always wear my nuumite crystal and energy shield essence, when I am out and about and during readings to keep me grounded and protected.  The 7 main chakras are within our body and deal with the physical emotional, mental bodies and spiritual bodies. Where as the higher chakras our usually directly connected to our higher potential as human and spiritual beings. That is not to say that they can not affect the physical, emotional and mental bodies, as all is ultimately connected. So opening and activating your chakras in a gentle and responsible way will bring all round benefit to your being.

There are also many minor and mini chakras within the body system. Chakras such as the higher heart chakra and the palm and feet chakras, are all useful to know of but not the Major Chakras I am referring to. All are relevant in that they have their own little jobs of drawing in energy to the body. Once you have got to grips with the main chakras you can then explore further if you wish. It is a vast subject that there is always more to learn about, gaining further insights and clues to our energetic connections.

below lists the 14 chakras, 12 of which relate to our 12 strands of DNA as we originally had back in Altantis. 

From my understanding Atlantis was an advanced civilization which is not fully recognized in todays main stream society, if at all! A time when all our higher senses where fully reaslized and used. Abilities included telepathy, teleportasion, levitation, by-location and the ability to manifest what they needed as well as to tap in to natural resources, information and knowledge and more. As the energy of the planet rises once more these abilities are becoming easier to access and tap into once more. By opening and nurturing your chakras and encouraging the new ones to open, we are better able to evolve to a new way of being once more. Keeping your energy as clear and as light as possible is also essential to help you to gain higher intuition and abilities.

More information is now being revealed by a small number of archaeologists about how many ancient structures and pyramids where really used. Russian scientists done many experiments and have know for many years the energetic benefit of pyramid structures. You can buy copper pyramids that will sharpen razors and bring energy to food and water. I myself use pyramids in my chakra healing sessions and to re energize crystals and my home. Look up the Bosnian Pyramid of the sun on You Tube to see lots of interesting information on findings so far for the true use of the Pyramids. 

14 CHAKRA SYSTEM...

There are many other minor chakras which are simply ever increasing smaller vortexes of energy relating to different aspects and areas of the body and meridians, the very smallest of which are used in acupuncture. The larger of these minor chakras include the HIGHER HEART CHAKRA (turquoise in colour on the physical level) 

Colour , like sound, is vibration. Colour is energy vibrating to a particular frequency that crates a particular colour. Our beautiful sun and light is what makes the colours we see visible and helps that vibration become vibrant.

A Colour Therapist understands colour on a deeper levels and how this colour interacts with our bodies chakra system. Our main chakras are a system, that governs the physical level and is seven spinning vortexes of rainbow coloured energy along and through the spinal column. When balanced each one keeps the area it is over and set of our organs in that area of the body, in full health and resonance. The chakra system is part of each individuals electromagnetic field or Aura. Each chakra, has different levels, physical, emotional, mental and various spiritual levels. Each level varies in colour and each individuals colours vary in colour and resonance that suits the individuals personality.

Each of the levels, chakra and physical body are all linked and so if one is thrown out by a physical or emotional trauma, a dis-resonance dint or block can occur. This causes dis-function in the electromagnetic field or chakra and so the chakra will not be drawing in the correct vibration to keep that part of the body healthy. If left out of balance and the issue is not sorted or the chakra balanced, it can lead to dis-ease in the body. The secret to chakra and aura health is to keep our energy flowing naturally.

...We have many tools we can use to bring colour into our lives from the clothes we wear and the colours and crystals we bring into our environment. I like to use the coloured oils and coloured silk squares that I use in my therapy sessions at home to help ease headaches and help to balance the body when ill. (Please see products page)

 - Affirmations work best when they are said, heart felt and believed with gratitude 3 times in a row at least 2-3 times a day for 21 days & feeling into the presence energy of your TrueSelf or Soul while you are saying the affirmations that way not only do the the cells of your body get to here that message and re-programme themselves, but your soul gets the direct confirmation that this is what you want to reprogram yourself with energetically. Doing affirmations for a month means that all the new cells have heard your new message from the beginning and react to your thoughts and feed back and so change the way you feel. And you can gain a direct link with the soul self/higher self through your heart centre. This is true whether what you say and think is positive or negative. So positive affirmations are very important to health and well being and attracting what you want in your life, not what you don't want.

Be careful what you put 'I Am' in front of, as those words call on your higher self and your cells to be that.
